So here’s a bit about me and why I created the ACE©️ Training Method.
And since I find that the journey is more important than the end please stay with me for a moment.
I spent more than 15 years moving up the corporate ladder, achieving many of the goals many find crucial: a high salary, a brand-new home, extensive travel and a dog.
From the outside, it seemed like my life should was ideal.
But I was miserable as hell!
Due to the long hours, lack of control over my time or schedule, rushing about, repairing numerous issues that could have been avoided, forming teams then moving, being creative then rational, returning home, falling asleep, then getting up to do it all over again I reached my breaking point.
Was my desire to be in charge of my schedule, work on enjoyable projects, and travel the world really that crazy?
I took a close look at my life and made the decision to change what I couldn’t live with.
So from my personal life, my location all the way to my professional life I decided to try and find a way to allow myself to acctually enjoy the work I was doing and most importantly to work towards my own dream. There is nothing wrong with being an emplyee and as you can see I have been on for a very long time, in my case the entrepreneur in me wanted to give it a try.
And after all those years learning skills, getting knowledge and experience, helping those around me, creating opportunities and bringing in the “big bucks” to the companies I worked for I started building a small training business which flourished into a stable and successful one in the market allowing me to invest time in the community and be able to support local and then global organisations such as JCI.

- Opened three Call Centers / Commercial Centers which are still functional: RO, PL, UK
- Successfully led teams covering 20 european markets with €170 million annual turnover.
- Created high performance culture by hiring, staffing, training and developing effective team members.
- Built and implemented strategies around recruitment, standards of
- Performance, motivation & recognition, development & succession planning that generated €10 million increase in sales in 24 months.

I also started an online community in order to help others from falling in the same traps, from making the same mistakes I created and developed an online community exclusively for entrepreneurs where I am able to share with them free and open resources, give advice and support and most of all be able to educate especially start-ups in their critical years. This community stands today at 28 k entrepreneurs.
